EdgeProp Excellence Awards is the ultimate benchmark of excellence in Singapore’s property development. We believe that real estate should act as a commitment to integrity, innovation, design, and community. As our environment changes, the space we live in should adapt to our needs whilst addressing environmental, social and economic factors.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating a Decade of Excellence”, recognises developments that go beyond mere function and aesthetics, creating spaces that are truly lived, experienced, and valued.
2026 theme: celebrating a decade of excellence
The Awards is categorised into 4 categories, each representing a significant part of the real estate industry. In 2023, we introduced the Hotels category to celebrate the hospitality sector. This year, we are including the Commercial category to encompass a holistic approach to our Awards.
