Sin Khoon, KHEW
Group CEO
CPG Corporation

Mr. Khew Sin Khoon spearheads the business and operations of the CPG group of companies, including its overseas offices in China, India, Vietnam, Macau, Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

Sin Khoon has amassed over 30 years of experience working on many significant landmark projects, which include Gardens by the Bay, the New Supreme Court Building, the New Phoenix Park Complex for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and numerous institutional, residential and healthcare projects globally. He also has a keen interest in biophilic design, which seeks to reconnect the built environment with nature through the integration of landscape architecture, horticulture and ecological bio-diversity with architecture.


Choon Fah, ONG

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and academia, Choon Fah was the former CEO of EDMUND TIE and head of Research & Consulting. She has worked across various sectors of the real estate market in different geographies, with public and private sector clients, for-profit and not-for- profit organizations, occupiers, investors, institutions and REITs. Choon Fah is on the Board of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management and Edmund Tie Holdings, Management Board of the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Real Estate & Urban Studies, Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute Singapore Council and member of the Council for Estate Agencies.


Yvonne TAN
Director

Yvonne Tan has over 20 years’ international experience in designing and managing projects - from award winning landscape planning,  place making and urban design, park infrastructure, recreational, waterfront, civic + institution, mixed development and residential - including 4 years based in China and over 6 years in India. A graduate of Lincoln University(NZ), a Singapore accredited Landscape Architect and member of Singapore Institute of Planners, her focus is development of new markets and working with developers and clients internationally to exponentially value add to the projects.  

She serves as 2nd Vice President on Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA) council and is Landscape Technical Committee Chair since 2016 for Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC). She also sits as External Examiner for the Diploma of Landscape Architecture, Singapore Polytechnic, 2013-2018.  Yvonne has been a speaker at many international and local conferences. 


Angela LIM

SuMisura

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree, a flair for design and an athlete’s mind set, Angela Lim has been zealously pursuing a career in interior design since 2002. After working alongside UK and Japanese designers for a good part of her career, Lim founded her own design studio, SuMisura in 2009. She has not looked back since.

Lim enjoys poring over challenging layout plans and working with other creative minds and sophisticated stylists to create plush and luxurious interiors. Over the years of designing show houses and luxury bungalows in Singapore and South East Asia, Lim has garnered much praise for her works in the last decade and is one of the most sought- after contributing writers and speakers in the local interior design field. 

SuMisura’s award-winning designs include the show units of luxury condos, penthouses and private landed residences such as Le Nouvel KLCC, 3 Orchard by the Park, D Leedon Garden Villa, Gramercy Park and the Sky Suite at One Shenton, Singapore.


Nai Jia, LEE (Dr.)
Deputy Director
Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies, NUS

Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS). Before joining IREUS, he headed the research departments in Knight Frank Singapore and Edmund Tie & Company. He led the department in producing quality market intelligence through regular research bulletins, commentaries, media columns, property supplements and knowledge sharing at public seminars and events.

Nai Jia is a frequently invited speaker for talks organised by government agencies, professional associations and banks. Nai Jia graduated from MIT with a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning and was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Real Estate, NUS.


Bernard TONG

Bernard Tong is the CEO of EdgeProp Singapore, recently voted as the 88th fastest growing company in Asia Pacific by Financial Times. He also manages The Edge Singapore, a leading weekly investment and business publication. His previous experiences include working for The Boston Consulting Group as a Management Consultant, where he advised multinational corporations and government agencies on strategic initiatives.
