Angela Lim
SuMisura - Numero Uno Creative Group Pte Ltd

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts degree, a flair for design and an athlete’s mind set, Angela Lim has been zealously pursuing a career in interior design since 2002. After working alongside UK and Japanese designers for a good part of her career, Lim founded her own design studio, SuMisura in 2009. She has not looked back since.

Lim enjoys poring over challenging layout plans and working with other creative minds and sophisticated stylists to create plush and luxurious interiors. Over the years of designing show houses and luxury bungalows in Singapore and South East Asia, Lim has garnered much praise for her works in the last decade and is one of the most sought- after contributing writers and speakers in the local interior design field. 

SuMisura’s award-winning designs include the show units of luxury condos and private residences such as Le Nouvel KLCC, Gramercy Park, D Leedon Garden Villa and the Sky Suite at One Shenton, Singapore.

Choon Fah, ONG

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and academia, Choon Fah’s expertise is focused on strategic planning, real estate market and financial feasibility analyses, risk assessments and market appraisals. She has worked across various sectors of the real estate market in different geographies, with public and private sector clients, for-profit and not-for- profit organizations, occupiers, investors, institutions and REITs. She’s an Honorary Real Estate Consultancy Advisor for the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore and the Board of Management of the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Real Estate Studies, Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute Singapore and the Professional Development Committee of the Council for Estate Agencies.


Sin Khoon, KHEW

Mr. Khew Sin Khoon spearheads the business and operations of the CPG group of companies, including its overseas offices in China, India, Vietnam, Macau, Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

Sin Khoon has amassed over 30 years of experience working on many significant landmark projects, which include Gardens by the Bay, the New Supreme Court Building, the New Phoenix Park Complex for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and numerous institutional, residential and healthcare projects globally.

He also has a keen interest in biophilic design, which seeks to reconnect the built environment with nature through the integration of landscape architecture, horticulture and ecological bio-diversity with architecture.


Shi Ming, YU

Yu Shi Ming is Associate Professor with the National University of Singapore Department of Real Estate where he has taught for more than 35 years. Aside from his academic responsibilities, he has published in the areas of real estate appraisal, housing, urban and facilities management. Yu has presented papers at many international conferences. He has also served as a member of several government organisations in Singapore, including the Housing and Development Board, the Council for Estate Agencies, the Valuation Review Board and the West Coast Town Council.


Yvonne, TAN
Director, MSILA, Accredited Landscape Architect
DP Green Pte Ltd

Yvonne Tan has over 20 years’ international experience in designing and managing projects - from award winning landscape planning,  place making and urban design, park infrastructure, recreational, waterfront, civic + institution, mixed development and residential - including 4 years based in China and over 6 years in India. A graduate of Lincoln University(NZ), a Singapore accredited Landscape Architect and member of Singapore Institute of Planners, her focus is development of new markets and working with developers and clients internationally to exponentially value add to the projects.  

She serves as 2nd Vice President on Singapore Institute of Landscape Architects (SILA) council and is Landscape Technical Committee Chair since 2016 for Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC). She also sits as External Examiner for the Diploma of Landscape Architecture, Singapore Polytechnic, 2013-2018.  Yvonne has been a speaker at many international and local conferences.
