Exterior Aesthetics

Design In line with Pullman branding, boutique hotel concept is adopted for the development, which comprises of an elevated 30-storey tower sitting on top of multi-storey carparks with communal facilities at different levels.

Elegantly manicured trees lined the Arrival Boulevard to welcome the guest or residences’ return. A specially commissioned abstract sculpture inspired by Pullman’s railway history floats above the reflective pond marks the Grand Drop-Off. Hidden behind the colonnade of columns is the exclusive Grand Concierge Lobby, with privilege service of standards and quality Pullman are famous for.

Architecture The vertical fins inspire by the tall mahogany trees add depth to the sleekness façade, while serving as security screening towards the direction of Istana. The richness of the dark brown and the dark grey curtain wall façade exudes an elevated colour palette that harmonizes with the lushness of the landscape creating a warm ambience. Accent metallic copper colour accentuates architectural details around the development and within the residential units.

Adopting the latest practices and innovative green materials to reduce use of energy and water consumption.

Example of such uses as low-VOC paints, adhesives, laminates and panel boards to ensure a better indoor air quality. In order for the building to remain sustainable, it would be recommended that similar green materials be used when refurbishing or renovating in the future.
