Process & Eligibility

Submission Process

All supporting documents for your entries can be submitted via our submission page. Please read the entry guidelines before proceeding with your submissions.

Seven (7) copies of all physical submissions must be provided with the name of the property developer labelled clearly and sent to 150 Cecil Street #13-00 Singapore 069543.

ELIGIBILITY

All developers with a valid Housing Developer's License are eligible to enter. Developments taken into consideration will vary in accordance with each category. Please refer to the respective categories for more information on eligibility. 

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All entries must be fully completed with supporting documents.
Supporting information should include:

Digital Images (illustrations or photographs).

1. There should be a description for each digital image.

2. The digital images should be in JPG/JPEG/EPS/TIFF file formats. A hi-res version of image with a minimum resolution of 300 must be available upon demand.

3. The entrant is deemed to be the copyright owner of all images submitted as part of the entry. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any copyright issues in relation to the images submitted.
