For overseas residential developments in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Australia and Japan only.

Any projects with at least one SPA signed (for new launches), completed, or scheduled for completion between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2030 are eligible to submit. |

Design Excellence |
Describe the overall architectural concept and style. Highlight the design concept, exterior aesthetics, design considerations for unit layouts, facilities, maintainability and interior aesthetics & finishes. |

Innovation Excellence |
Discuss any innovations in the development that not only set this project apart from the rest but also improve the lifestyle of inhabitants. |

Landscape Excellence |
Provide details on landscaping, open spaces, gardens, and communal areas. Demonstrate how the environment promotes liveability & wellness, landscape aesthetic values, social & cultural values. |

Sustainability Excellence |
Provide information on eco-friendly initiatives, energy efficiency, water and waste management, and sustainable materials or practices. Highlight the project’s long-term environmental benefits, as well as the thoughtfulness and impact of its sustainable features. |
